Our People
Ameri-Force Call Center Solutions has a very unique recruiting model and employs only the best call center agents. Our talent pool of candidates ranges from recent college graduates to seasoned working professionals looking for a solid professional opportunity to work in our dynamic call center environment.
The majority of our agents are college educated, ensuring that you and your clients will interact with a very articulate agent workforce. Our agents go through a rigorous four part interview process which tests their speaking and language skills, interpersonal skills, critical thinking skills, and their ability to multi-task in a fast pace work environment.
English is our first language
One of the benefits to hiring Ameri-Force Call Center Solutions is that all of our agents speak English as their first language. We also have the luxury of having a large population of agents who speak Spanish and other languages.
Training
From the moment a new agent enters our call center they are put through our rigorous training program. Since we employ a unique recruiting process, most of our agents don’t have previous call center experience. This provides us with the ability to train and mold our staff into the most effective call center agents possible.
Our agents are trained to handle complex, difficult, and unusual situations that they will face on a daily basis while speaking with your clients. Weekly training sessions are conducted with our entire staff to ensure that they are updated on all the latest client information.
Management
The management staff at Ameri-Force Call Center Solutions is committed to the success of each and every account we handle. Every member of the Ameri-Force Call Center Solutions management team has attended training by the industry’s leading authority on call center management and metrics.
Our management team is made up of multiple disciplines: Tactical Floor Managers, Technical Phone Specialists, Customer Service Agent Team Captains, and finally our Call Center Director. Unlike most call centers our management team is available 24 hours a day to answer your questions regarding your account. Each member of our management team will be involved with your account from day one implementation to daily management. All of the members of our management team have extensive call center experience and are committed to a successful working relationship.
